Can the car come sooner than scheduled delivery?

I just scheduled a delivery for 09/10. But I am wondering if anyone has gotten an update that their car came earlier than expected and then they were able to pick up the car sooner?
Not sure how often that happens, and if car comes earlier then why would Tesla keep it instead of delivering it sooner than later.
Have a trip planned and was hoping to take my new car...hence the lack of patience. HA!

Few weeks? Did you car arrive earlier than expected or did you pick a different car?

Arrived a few weeks earlier than your scheduled delivery date, correct? Not like the 4-8 week window from placing order.

When i got my 2019 it said 4 weeks for delivery. I got a called the next week to say it was ready that coming friday. so barely 2 weeks.

i was originally scheduled for a 9/10 delivery in Paramus NJ. They changed my delivery date 3-4 times.
