Can the colour of the on-screen car be changed?

I saw a green Model 3 today so I assume it must have been colour wrapped. I was wondering if the colour of his car on his control screen could be changed to match his new colour. Same with the colour of the car on your Tesla app.

I once heard service centers have this capability, but not sure how accurate that is.
