Getting roundabout exit numbers wrong is not unique to Tesla. My S-Max (with Ford Sync 3 Navigation) used to do it for years, then suddenly started working properly. I was very pleased - funny how such a small detail can affect you.

Yes, I have. I drive regularly from SW France to SE Spain and in winter, travel via Zaragoza. I can confirm that the Tesla SatNav seems to be using data from about five years ago for that city and quite possibly others, when away from the autoroutes. It would also seem there is a constant internal battle between the map and the 'narrator' who will confidently tell you to 'Turn Left' when both the map shows, and the reality is, you need to turn right. I now use voice directions from Google Maps which, when compared to the Tesla nav, are completely different - but correct.
