I just picked up my car and I was trying to access a page on one of my own PCs that requires authentication but it was a no go. Can you not access web pages on the Tesla's browser that use basic Apache authentication?

Just for laughs I log in to GasBuddy.com all the time.

You are hosting the site so what do your log files say about the login attempt? If thats no good what does Wireshark or tcpdump say transpired on the wire?

Did anyone figure this out? I have a bunch of home automation control webpages protected by "Basic Authentication". None of those work from the Tesla browser (the authentication window never pops up).
