Can you enable the rear fog light via Toolbox?

If you have access to Tesla Toolbox- is it possible to enable the rear fog light on a 2018 Model 3?

No, should be on any, including Model Y/X/S.. it's just not enabled in the US, but the factory wiring diagram shows it's there and it's marked on the back of the lamp..

So, based on the photo, it looks like there is no actual fog light. Instead one of the tail lights gets brighter if the "fog light" function is activated. Is that correct? If so, it's kind of light the "fog light" feature on several Volvos I've owned in the past.

In the photo posed above, it looks doesn't look like a tail light, it looks like a single individual lamp on the inboard corner of the tail light.

I would suspect this is county specific like the matrix headlights. I have never seen that in the US.

Just a thought, but if the car has them, but they are not showing up in the menu screen, I wonder if they would show up during the light show? I have never looked. If they do show up in the light show, then I suspect they could be enabled in the toolbox.

No it's a section of the reverse light strip that is actually red

its in euro version only, but if you want in usa, might need to check the wiring on tailight.
i kinda hack mine! i wire it up to my rear defroster, so when i can turn it on when low visibility so idiotss on road don't rear end me.

2022 and above Model 3 and Model Y in the US do have rear fog lights - but you need to buy the S3XY buttons to use them. Highly recommended.

According to this video, 2022 Model 3's have the rear fog lights, but maybe just the Model 3s in Europe? My US made 2022 Model Y has them.

That’s Europe. European market cars have had rear fogs since they were introduced because it’s required to have them.

To answer OP's question - it can't be done with the public facing version of toolbox. You need a higher level of access.

If you have the global taillamps (whether from the factory or retrofitted) and can get someone to change the configuration, they can be enabled
