If I bought a used Gen3 wall connector here in the UK, can I use it with out the box, as in is the wall connector tied to a Tesla account? I'm buying from a work colleague .
No, there is no account tie-in with wall connectors. You should have no issues if it is in completely working condition. My only worry with second hand units is whether it suffered some failure and it is being resold without disclosing the fault.
