Guys,

I'm in the upper peninsula of Michigan. Both ABRB and Tesla NAV want to route me to Sault St Marie supercharger. Just as I was leaving, I noticed it appears to be on Canada side.

I have no passports as I wasn't intending to go to Canada - but regardless I assume I can't get there due to Covid border rules.

Can anyone verify?

The super charger in is Canada. The border is closed for "non-essential travelers until at least Aug. 21."​

Despite Canadian easing, US extends land border restrictions​

The U.S. government on Wednesday extended the closure of the land borders with Canada and Mexico to non-essential travelers until at least Aug. 21.

The announcement by the Department of Homeland Security came two days after the Canadian government announced it would begin letting fully vaccinated U.S. citizens into Canada on Aug. 9, and those from the rest of the world on Sept. 7.

It's unclear how, or if, the U.S. decision will affect the Canadian decision.
