I ordered from Yorkdale but it is set to be picked up in Vaughan as I live closer to there.Your order date is July 8 th so you will probably get it before me as mine is July 14. I am picking up from Vaughan as well was told by Alex Oct 21st. Who is your SA?
You may want to try the inventory route if you are open to not having the exact same config you ordered. I'm getting into an inventory MYLR today 48 hours after ordering. The delivery specialist called me yesterday to finalize the delivery for today. I asked him point blank if it was a rejected delivery and he assured me that the customer never showed up for delivery and cancelled the order in the final days. I will know if that is true after my white glove inspection. So, I am giving up.
Order June 12.
EDD looks like every day it is two weeks from the actual (today) date with two weeks of range.
You can't count on SA to be constantly monitoring Tesla Inventory. Most of us who snagged an inventory were keeping an eye on Tesla inventory sites with the chrome app Distill monitor for webpage changes. it's the luck of the draw. Kind of like trying to find the newest gaming console at Christmas online.Do you have to ask the SA to get an inventory model matched to you?
can use sites like ev-cpo.com to send you alerts for cars matching your requirementsThanks for the tip, here I thought most people were hitting F5 and getting lucky.
Until the snow comes...Well I sold my previous car. I'm now carless until the Magic 8-ball decides it's time for me to get a delivery. Gonna be so fit from biking everywhere.
Re Pics.. I had read a comment somewhere on the forum saying, enough with the "standard" Tesla pics. We KNOW what they look like. One week to go for me, checklist ready. Excellent writeup, cheers!
(now...let's see some pics!)

So I'll post my "modified" Model Y pics.
I have done some "blacking out", (including removing Tesla's Stainless Steel License frame..my black jack frame honouring my previous Mini!))
I Blacked out Tesla emblems, and Gemini Aero Hubcaps and added a knock-off spoiler (mine's a Long Range) as well as front end PPF (of course you can't see that).
(I'm going to "black out" "Dual Motor" once I get the black letters!)
Hope you like and hope all your orders are filled soon.
Yes, I blacked them out myself. Plasti-dip, Matte Black. I hope it lasts. Taped up all the "glass grey" and center parts on the Hubs (be patient, that takes a while). Used alcohol to prep the silver parts. I thought 2 cans would do it, but after 2 cans, some sections had a grainy texture (maybe I didn't use enough spray, but the cans also cause small "drops" of "paint" to appear as well. Bought a 3rd can, and used it more heavily to get a smooth surface BUT when it dried, there were sections, that actually had a white haze, and didn;t DRY out!.. so got a 4th can, and that did the trick!!! Tape came off easily and I then added a black Tesla logo to the middle of the hubs.Looks good! did you blackout the hubcaps yourself?
Looks great! I really like the colour change on the hubs.Re Pics.. I had read a comment somewhere on the forum saying, enough with the "standard" Tesla pics. We KNOW what they look like.
