I looked into financing with my bank through an LOC ( I have a staff rate). They told me to go with Tesla since its locked in for the term versus an LOC'S variable interest rate.

Geebus that's worrisome. You mentioned earlier you chatted to an SA and he/she said yours will be an AMD chip. Now Tesla Canada called you back and corrected that statement? ...that SA on chat needs to go to jail.Just got a call from Tesla Canada about AMD chip. Just contacted Tesla Chat. My MYP NF377xxx has the intel chip, all season tires. Couldnt confirm the 12V battery and heated wipers.

Maybe we should ask the Tesla Chat everyday and see if we get consistent answers. lol.
The Tesla Chat also said can't confirm 12V battery and heated wiper.
If you’re getting an Intel you’re likely also getting the older battery.
I just called Tesla and they confirmed mine is an AMD however could not confirm heated wipers. (VIN NF 373xxxx)...looks like now we can't even rely on Tesla reps for the correct info....it was funny how he was trying to explain me that there is no real difference between the 2 chips...seems like they are getting a lot of calls from customers on this...
At least they confirm the AMD chip. My SA refused to disclose any detail at all.
We must have the same SA. Off the record he says there is a very good chance my 375 is AMD.
Oh it was not my SA..this was the Tesla general line....even my SA refused to divulge any details...
Picked up our MYLR today. Great experience. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. This car is a lot of fun! Gonna be hard to go back to the V8! Haha not!
Exact same thing happened to me today. SA knew nothing. Tesla chat rep filled me in.
Oh Awesome! I have NF373XXX picking up in two weeks, Tesla chat confirmed AMD/Battery/Heated Wipers, but my SA is ghosting me. Which number did you reach Tesla at? I need another confirmation lol

So I think the question some of us would like to ask you is.... is yours equipped with the AMD chip, new battery, and the heated wipers?
