Thanks everyone for your support. The immobilizer issue got resolved. It was clerical error by personal insurance, not sure if it was the deliberate effort to jack up the deductible.
DS call was all that resolved it. Even then personal do not reduced the deductible below $2000, and comprehensive is $1000. I have to start shopping for it on the renewal. My monthly premium is $108 for GTA.
