They will deliver the 25K Model-X reserved in the US before starting Canadian Sig ? or you mean it will start soon, in parallel to the first production US deliveries ?
They will start delivering to Canada once they have the bulk of the issues worked out, I hope. I am happy to wait an extra few weeks until the mucky snow is gone and any known production issues are dealt with.

Based on the Model S experience and some US Model X production customers already having VIN's, it certainly looks like the CND Model X Sigs will lag behind the US production versions.
Not guessing how much the lag will be but whether its a couple of weeks or months it wouldn't be bad thing either way. ( at least for me since I'm 13 hours to the nearest Service Center )
