Cancel text during play back!!

I noticed something just the other day, and I’m not sure what release fixed this, but my text messages you to read out everything, and you could not stop it or turn down the volume. This was extremely annoying if someone sends you a link to anything, as the car would read out the entire URL. I noticed yesterday that I am able to swipe down on the message screen and it stops reading the message. Anyone know when this was fixed? Not sure if it was 2020.8.3 or 2020.12.5. Those are the two most recent versions I have been on.

I didn't hear about this until 12.5, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there in 8.3. Odd that it was not documented in either FW release though.

Yeah, I would have thought this would have been a pretty big change, since so many initially complained about it when SMS rolled out.

I'm still on 8.1 but glad they fixed it on later releases because it's really annoying.
