Cancelled Model X 2021 order!

I had an order for a Model X LR 7 seats on 15.05.2021 without any communication from Tesla.
I also bought a Model Y for my Wife in July 2022 and now I was waiting for my MX, but I got an email from Tesla Romania on 30.12.2022 telling me that they tried to contact me about the order and I refused to take the car without Government Subsidy.

This is a surprise, as:
- I had no contact with them (phone, sms, WhatsApp, email, mail etc)
- I specifically told them (and they confirmed), that I will take the car with or without Government Subsidy!

Now the order is gone from my account and verbally I've found that my order was cancelled from Germany (HQ?).

I've contacted Tesla Phone Support, but the result was that will escalate the issue.

The new price for the same configuration is +20 000 EUR!!!!

There is really no contact for Tesla!

It's just me?

Did you confirm that they had your correct contact info? Did the car show up in your Tesla App?

Welcome to the joys of Tesla. Their back-end systems are terrible. Keep after them - they usually make it right.

1. I have a Model Y in my account and my details there (phone number, address)
2. The order was in my tesla account, now is no more
3. I had previous conversations with them for MY on email (same mail as Tesla account)
