Ordered the 19" gemini wheel set back over a month ago, decided to go with all seasons on my current wheels instead but it's over a month later, dont have the option on the app to cancel the order and no word from the service shop they're supposedly getting delivered to as to when they should get here to enable a refund/return. In the meantime I'm just out 4k, any advice on how to get through to customer service/talk to a human being about the order? All their online support just seems to go in loops.
