Cannot open door with mobile app

Happy New Year to everyone. I seldom used my mobile app to unlock the door and I just tried to use the app but it won't open, the icon spins but nothing happened, locking and other functions seem to be fine. I have upgraded to mcu2 6 months ago but never tried the same thing until last week. The mobile team came by and have no luck in fixing it - he said wait for more firmware updates and try it again, has anyone facing similar issue? I am at 2020.48.26

This is very usual problem after changing MCU. Came to service center and ask them to perform reset mcu_command_key. They can easy run this with toolbox, will take around 15 min and your mobile app will working for unlocking doors.

The problem is the tech did all that and still doesn't work.
