Cannot schedule service through the app

    Getting Error, try again later, Failed creating appointment

    Anyone else having issues scheduling an appointment? I've tried for the last week.

    LOL, see the thread I started earlier today (about 3 convos down as of right now). Did you perchance recently get your vehicle? According to the Service Center, I couldn't do it because the ownership paperwork had not yet been completed. I would guess that it's not uncommon right now given the sheer number of cars they've been trying to ship this past month.
    I ended up just going into my local Service Center (luckily just a couple miles from where I work). My issue was pretty minor so they took care of it right then and there.
