LOL, see the thread I started earlier today (about 3 convos down as of right now). Did you perchance recently get your vehicle? According to the Service Center, I couldn't do it because the ownership paperwork had not yet been completed. I would guess that it's not uncommon right now given the sheer number of cars they've been trying to ship this past month.
I ended up just going into my local Service Center (luckily just a couple miles from where I work). My issue was pretty minor so they took care of it right then and there.
