can't contact Tesla on their website.

I wanted to ask for two software changes and/or a procedure I could use to change them. (dreaming).

1. I've driven since 1995 with daytime running lights. If the car didn't have them, I would install them. I believe it is a safety feature. I had them in my 2019 X, but somewhere along the way, they stopped working. How do I turn them back on.
2. I'm hoping that sometime in the near future, the intermittent wiper program will be updated to work properly.

I logged on to Tesla.com looking for a way to contact them. There is no way to do it. The 'contact' option under service, asks two questions and when answered, gives me three options, but the form noted in the header doesn't exist. I was looking for applications and software problems.

How do you contact them??
