I think there will be only two color choices for the basic interior - dark grey and tan/beige, both with very dark blackish accents.

Hoping you're right about that. Also from SoCal, where a black interior would be an oven. Tan/beige would be great.

If the silver isn't going to be the alpha silver, I hope they revive the Model S dolphin grey color. That was stunning IMO.

I don't think it was a matte coat, but I too notice a difference. I was so sure I was going to get the grey color that was on the alphas. Now I think I'm going pearl white. I've always loved that color anyways. It looks so pretty and sleek with the daytime running lights!

i would probably wait until a few more shots of the silver in some sun, but yah, it appears to be more of a blueish silver rather than on the goldish side which makes it a bit dull.

If you're right, I'm not a fan of tan/beige but if they offer, and I get, the midnight silver I wonder what that would look like with a dark grey interior as well. It might look sharp or it could look stupid ...
