So I'm on Cape Hatteras and I got a flat. The nearest service center is 114 miles north of me, so they won't tow me there. Not that I really want my car going 114 miles and back just for a flat tire.

Does anyone know of a service shop on Cape Hatteras that can handle the specific jack points on a Model 3? I have a tire coming in to the local NAPA in the morning. Just need someone that won't mess up my car when they change it out.
