Car came back from SC - looks like wet dots all over seat and panel - can’t get off

Need some cleaning advice please. My model 3 came back from the SC and it looks like there is little wet spots all over the seat and door panel. Any recommendations to get this out. Want a good cleaning solution that will work and that I can order form amazon since it’s easiest to get to me.

Personally I use Grotts Interior Cleaner. You can get it locally at Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts.
