Car goes to park on ANY stop

My wife said it has happened to her before, but she just came home and said any time she stopped at a stop sign or stop light the car would automatically go into park. She was also backing into our driveway and if she let off the gas it would also go into park automatically. When I went out to back it in, I noticed the Tesla T on the screen like the computer maybe was in the process of rebooting already when I got it. It then backed in the rest of the way fine for me.

Could be either a faulty seat occupancy sensor or door ajar sensor. If it is the latter, you would know through the center screen. If it is the former, I’m not sure you would immediately know.
Is your wife especially petite and light? The car automatically goes into park if it thinks the driver is not in their seat.

Is your seatbelt buckled? The car goes into park at low speeds if the seatbelt is unbuckled, to prevent rollaways.
