My June 2017 75D AP2.0 was towed to West Drayton SC early last week with an undrivable electrical fault and both screens black. A wiring fault is suspected but no indication of timescale to diagnose and fix.

Roadside Assistance offered an ICE loan car (? Enterprise) which I declined at the time because I had no long trips coming up, could manage with electric bike for getting to work and would prefer never again to drive an ICE.

However, I will need a loaner for a trip at the end of April. What is my best tactic (if any) for getting a Tesla loaner? SC staff said that because my car was VOR (Vehicle Off Road), responsibility for a loaner rested with Roadside Assistance. Do SC’s have any Tesla loaners available e.g. for booked service work? Has anyone succeeded in getting a Tesla loaner in my situation?
