Car insurance - requirement for a tracker..

I have my m3lr as a company car and the company have fleet insurance, we have received this question today from the insurance company via the broker and tbh I don't know how to answer it..

can anyone here help in the response I should give??

"I can confirm that Insurers have advised that the vehicle will be restricted to drivers over 30 and has a security requirement of either the Tesla Tracker system or a Thatcham Category 5 Tracker. Please can you confirm if the vehicle does indeed have the Tesla Tracker system."

The car does have tracking, but it's not Thatcham approved. My insurer (LV) accepted it, so I'd guess that means they understand the limitations. The main issue seems to be access to the tracking data. It's held on Tesla servers, and can only normally be accessed via the owners user account credentials, via the API. This means that the police don't have instant access to the data, unlike the Thatcham approved systems.
