Car manufacturers with worse service than Tesla

Sadly it’s service center dependent. I’ve had great experience here in Portland, OR. Much better than I ever had with BMW over multiple dealerships. Lexus was the best I’ve experienced.
yes, somewhat service center dependent. BMW was also my worst. Haven't bought another one in 25 years and never will. Acura has been my best.
 
Agreed, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S are exceptional tyres and standard (up until recently) on the Model 3 Performance....the F1's are actually not as good.
performance tyres wear faster than standard tyres. Typically the higher the quality the faster they wear. A fast wearing tyre typically has better grip and driving characteristics, the extreme example being F1 pirelli’s.

I was referring to the standard tire that Tesla uses vs other car manufacturers, not apples (standard) and oranges (performance). The manufacturer makes a special new equipment tire for Tesla. Unfortunately here, those have been Continental tires which tend to wear out after about 20,000 miles and believe me they are not performance tires. I had that experience with the Model S, two Model Xs and the current Model Y. First of all the tires come with limited tread. The picture shows the level of tread at delivery of my Model Y as measured all around by the delivery specialist. 7 to 8/32". Obviously these tires are going to wear out quicker than the standard 10 to 11/32" tire.

Each of my Model Xs had blowouts from the Continental tires from "normal" driving before they even reached 20,000 miles and the other Continental tires never lasted more than 20 to 23,000 miles. My tire specialist described them as "the worst quality expensive tire you can buy." Once I switched to a Pirelli All Season Verda Scorpian performance tires with a 65,000 mile tread warranty, (at almost half the price of the disappointing Continentals), I got 48,000+ and 53,000+ miles respectively with great grip (set the World Record for quickest stock SUV 1/4 record at 11.203 sec and 121.22 mph), great wear and a reasonably comfortable ride.

Of course, the Performance Y may come with performance tires. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4Ss have a Manufacturer's warranty of 30,000 miles.

I put the Nexen 265/35R22 Roadian HP (with a 40,0000 mileage warranty) on my Model X and the grip, wear and ride have all been excellent all at a price of $128 each. Very pleased with the amazingly smooth ride. I'd have to say they have been the best tires I have found for the X and I will be purchasing NEXENs for the Y as soon as the Continentals wear down, which I am sure won't be long.

Points: Check your tread tread at delivery (although there is really nothing you can do about it.) Avoid Continental tires at all cost.
And of course tire brand and quality are just as important, if not more important, when judging wear quality, as evidenced in the examples above.

Friend of mine bought a new Mercedes hybrid earlier this month: second day it refused to run or even let him in. Merc sent a flatbed to drag it back to the dealers, but it was impossible to get it onto the bed. Next day they used four dollies. It's been in the shop several weeks now while they try to work out what's the problem.
The friggin' things are just getting too complicated.I think the last major advance that was useful was abandoning carbs for injection!
