I have charged several times where a Supercharger pedestal is down or not operating as full capacity. I either find out which ones are not operating correctly by trial and error or some nice Tesla owner informs me that the one I backed into has a problem (I do the same). The navigation system usually indicates how many stations are down but does NOT indicate which ones. If Tesla knows which stalls are problematic, it would be nice if the NAV system would indicate the stall number(s). This will be even more important when Tesla starts allowing NONE-Tesla cars charge access. They will be fumbling with there phone to start the charging session and not know where the problem lies (ie.. with their Smartphone, bad cell service, there car or the charging pedestal.
