Car no longer wakes up after 2020.8 update

All in the title really: I never had trouble checking on the car from remote before.
Now it seems that it goes to sleep after like 10 min or so, and it only wakes up when Blootooth of the phone is in range, otherwise the app gets stuck in the dreadful waking up roller followed by the triangle showing connection problems.
Anybody else noticed something similar?
It's s...t because also the Tesla app got updated AND my Samsung phone recently did a system update too, so it's difficult to trace the cause.
I've got a Model 3 LR AWD (2.5 hw) and a Samsung Galaxy A70 Android 10

Had to reboot to wake it up.
lost autopilot and cruise control.

after mine updated, first thing I did was reboot twice via power off. just check my app and car was charging. Hope I dont see these issues.

Just to confirm that I did hard reboot (keeping both rollers down until the Tesla logo re-appered on the screen) and the problem seems to have gone away.
The car now wakes up as before (usual wake up roll icon for a few sec and then the charge bar gets green above the car).
Sorted then ;-)
