Car Restoration

Hello Guys,

I'm not sure if anyone can help, but I still thought I would post a question.

In January, my new Model Y met with an accident, the front bumper and headlights got damaged. So the Insurance company sent the car to a restoration facility here in Norway. The restoration company mentioned they had ordered the parts with Tesla and all the parts ordered for fixing the car are in 'Back Order' or yet to be manufactured since then. I have sent several emails to Tesla Bodyshop, but they never answer.

- Is it true Tesla takes over four months for Parts delivery?
- Is anyone facing a similar issue?
- Where can I escalate the issue?

Tesla Support in Norway says the order is B2B, and they cant help.
