Car showing undelivered, app not working, "back end bug"?

Day 3 of ownership, no phone app. I spoke to a rep at the local SC and he said it could take up to 5 days to activate. @HotToddy the valet mode is a profile setting that locks the glovebox and trunks and puts the screen in security mode. The valet needs the key card, not the phone app.

My key card works to lock and unlock and drive the car, but like I told the rep, it is like sitting down to a fantastic steak dinner without the utensils...

Just wanted to update that my MyTesla page was updated yesterday and is now showing correctly. The app also started working yesterday as well. Does this mean the "bug" is fixed? Did anyone else start working yesterday?
 
Mine showed up as delivered at tesla.com and the app was working immediately after.

This was a couple hours after I'd dropped by the SC to mention the issue (and a couple other missing delivery items) so dunno if that's related or if they fixed it for everyone today
 
Got my Model S P100D Yesterday. Nov 16th

APP does not work

Car is delivered to me but DOES NOT show up on my online Tesla.com account as "delivered"

Called Tesla - on hold for 40 minutes....

Talked to a "rep" - He wasn't super helpful

Said to "call back on Monday if it it not working yet....."

Not cool.....

Come on man!!

Contact your service center, and speak to the delivery specialist. I had the same problem and was told "it might take up to 3 days before the transfer is registered." Well it was more than just waiting for the process to complete. Once I was able to speak to the right person (one who could see that my account was not updated), the app was working within minutes.

In my case, I was scheduled for home delivery, which didn't happen. I took delivery at a SC, and the mismatch caused my order to fall out of the system.

I did that on Saturday afternoon.

They told me some *sugar* about it being a "back end system bug" and some more horseshit about it being due to the fact that part of the car was "financed" and that their "financial side" was "backed up" at the moment and had not "updated" the system.

Well....

It's TUESDAY now and it is still NOT WORKING.

Come on TESLA!!! 5 days?!?!?!?!?

Okto, they told me a bunch *sugar* about why it takes that long to update and none of it was accurate. Turned out that they never pushed the button in the system that showed the car as delivered. It should NEVER take 5 days to update an account, unless the department is staffed by blind sloths. My advice is to get someone on the phone in the Delivery arena and don't hang up until they troubleshoot it. You are losing so much functionality by driving with only the key card active.
 
I spent 1 month without mobile access - took a couple of calls to the service center to get someone who could get it fixed. 2 months after delivery my car still shows as undelivered on the mytesla page...

Once I got in contact with the referral team, I was told there's some bug with self-referrals. Hoping it gets fixed this week, but we will see. Lots of empty promises from Tesla so far.
 
@Oktobernv did you get this resolved?

I took delivery march 1st, got app access (temporary it seems) but the the car never showed delivered in my account, after 5 days, app access stopped and now it's been 7 days without a solution, going back and forth between service / delivery, seems like they don't know how to solve it... I also haven't received the "Tesla Quick Guide to Ownership" mail yet.

If it's just pushing a Delivered button like @ceekz said that would be crazy....
