Car Shutdown on an Urban charger

I'm on the latest software 2018.26 and was charging on an urban charger when everything shutdown after about 30 minutes. I was sitting in the car when it happened - first there was a message saying "check charge port" then the screens went blank, the a/c shut down (including the battery cooling which concerned me). Stepping on the brake didn't restart the screens, but managed to get the car rebooted and things went back to normal after a couple of minutes. The car continued to charge the entire time of the shutdown. I'll be putting in a call later today when I get some time.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Same thing happend last night on a schduled charging. The car went dead and charging didnt start. Ofcourse car started in the morning, but screen needed to be re-booted.

The main screen did not turn on for me when I enter the car the other day. I can not reboot the MCU. In the end, by using the key fob I managed to "wake up" the MCU. After that, the car seems to work as usual.
