4:31 Line/NEUTRAL/Ground -- NEUTRAL should say L2 (out of phase voltage of L1) or neutral if only from a 1 phase line.

He talks of public charging stations and mentions Tesla Superchargers but does not say how they are also at public locations in even more places then other Level 3 chargers.
