Car undrivable after 1 week ownership [Tesla says pinched or broken communication wire]

I was happy my order went through so quickly. I place my order for a M3P on 6/17 in accepted delivery on Wednesday 6/29!

Had it for one week and this past weekend (Saturday 7/9) I was on the highway and notification came up on the screen that “power was reduced” and the “auto hold feature was disabled”. It mentioned that if I stepped out of the car and back in and couldn’t reset it so so I pulled off the next exit hopped out of the car and back in then everything was fine for 2 minutes.
Car completely shut down and received multiple warnings on the screen (pictured) that alerted one after the other. These would flash on the screen instantaneously one after the other- these would all flash on the screen within a few seconds. (These images were captured from a video I took - had to go frame by frame to get all the warnings)

Went through the app and roadside assistance was able to get the car towed back to a Tesla SC.
I’m being told that there is an open CAN communication circuit that is not allowing modules to speak with one another due to a pinched or broken wire….

A broken or pinched wire in a Tesla… I don’t think I’m going to be getting it back anytime soon.

Any insight from any other professionals in here? Lol
Hoping to get the car back sooner than later but really not optimistic at all.

There are 768 miles on the car as it sits😑

If they are able to definitively locate and fix a broken wire (or some other bad part), then there's no reason to expect problems further down the line. However, if they end up blindly replacing parts without being sure they've found the problem, it could go on and on.

When some of the wiring on my car was eaten by squirrels, the car was towed into the service center about 7pm, I got a call before noon the next day telling me about the "rodent" damaged wiring, and I was able to pick up the repaired car the day after that. Hopefully, you have a similar experience.

If they are seeing canbus errors, then they are probably right about a broken wire in the loom. Canbus is a simple, copper, low speed network. When diagnosing, they can infer where the problem is in the loom (or which loom/subloom) by looking at which devices are on the blink and which canbus they share. Should be a simple fix - replace that section of the loom.

News:
There was an open in a CAN communication circuit that is not allowing modules to speak with one another.

There ended up being a poor pin fitment in the rear sub frame harness. When they found the connector making the issue they were able to wiggle it and manipulate the issue.
New harness installed

Then low battery alert for the 12V which was ordered from New Orleans and should be here Friday (tomorrow)
