Car will not turn on

2020 Model X. Was in the store. Went back to the car. The door opened but the screen and everything is out. Door is open and will not close even with force pulling it shut. Tried reboot but did not work. Anyone have this issue and know about a fix?

Have to wait an hour for tow, not sure how they are going to tow with door open. Next service appointment is three weeks

Something else is going on. I'm still on my original 12v. I forget which year went to the updated battery. Was it 20?

If you are referring to the 15.5v lithium, that was part of the late 2021 refresh X and S. So just the very newest currently shipping models

Had a great experience with Tesla service. They got the car in right away and put in a new battery. It was done by the end of the day
