Car won't start car just 6 days old

We bought our second Tesla MODEL Y. Within a week of taking delivery of the car, it stopped working, even though we had been charging it in the garage. The key card did not respond either. They went toe... We are currently repairing them, but it is probably a failure of the power conversion computer. I just took delivery of the car and the battery is not dying.

It was a scary experience.　The car suddenly became a big piece of scrap iron.

yes, but my car is new, delivered just 6days before. The guy put the battery from front bumper to open the car, now repairing the factory.

QA in Tesla is getting worse and worse to make the number of car sold in the fiscal report looks better, but it comes at the price of customer satisfaction.

They found multiple codes in CAN communication to HVBMS and VCRIGHT; LV 12V battery drained to 0% and all alerts set. Performed hard reset and charged LV 12V battery to working condition. Removed and replaced power conversion system. Drained and refilled penthouse coolant. Verified that the system is operating as designed.
