Before the most recent update, I had an 100% success rate of unlocking the doors using my phone as a key. After this update however, it feels like 70% of the time it fails to unlock, and I turn my bluetooth off and on again and same thing, won't unlock even when under bluetooth it says it's connected to the Tesla Model 3. I know it's connected because my music started playing. But the damn doors won't unlock. After looking stupid for a couple minutes I unlocked the car through the app, and it didn't require me to use a keycard to start, everything else worked. Am I the only one here?

    Phone: iPhone X

Just to be clear, you did push and pull the handle right?

First, there are two pairings with the phone and the car, the audio and the security. They aren't related and you can have one without the other.

It sounds as may have lost the security pairing, easiest option, make sure you have your card key, remove the car from the app, remove from car, add from car. Do this from the keys section, not the music.

Oh you were supposed to push and pull the handle? Makes so much more sense now! /s

Okay good to know they’re two different pairings. Have I really lost the security pairing if it works 30% of the time? Wouldn’t it not work at all? Alright i’ll give it a try. This morning I did a reset (brake pedal + two buttons for 10 sec) and the car is working as intended so far.
