Caraoke USB Mic

Has anyone tried a USB mic with Caraoke? I am assuming that it would not work, but I really want to get something like this.

What will a mic even do? Is sound picked up at all? If it comes out of the speakers it would be immediate feedback. This isn’t a a bar with speakers facing away from the singer.

And as a general point for everyone that pastes Amazon URLs: you don’t need all that marketing and tracking crap.

All you need is the content up to ‘dp’ and the number right after it. Try it, works perfectly and looks so much better!
