I've noticed that frequently the graphical representation of surrounding cars on my M3 display shows as a car drives straight by, it will be shown getting much closer right when it is immediately to the side of my car, but then goes back to the original (correct) distance away as it continue to drive forward. Is this normal behavior?
Cars appear to "dive in" on the side view?

not sure it's normal but it's what happens since they started showing cars in adjacent lanes. It seems to get a little better each update.
I'm always hesitant seeing that behavior, but it doesn't seem to affect the driving experience. Purely visual feedback.
