This is the second time he spoke about this. In Munich he said: "Free long-distance travel (with the Superchargers) for all future (Tesla) vehicles"!!!

If you spend $2000 to activate Supercharging, THEN it's "free".

Gen III will likely have the same terms as the MS60 unless you buy top of the line with the largest battery. Even then it may be an option.

Free means no amount to be paid per use of a Supercharger station. I do understand that you have to pay in advance just to be able to use a Supercharger station. But what's important is the concept of free use of Supercharger stations.
