It wouldn't be a CCS 2, it would be CCS 1, since that is what is used in NA. But no, Tesla has not made any announcements about a CCS adapter for NA Teslas.

In other news the Electrify America network is down nation wide in US right now, lucky we have a Tesla also so we had to return home and switch from the eTron.
Of curiosity, does the CHAdeMO adapter still work after the CCS upgrade? (Guessing a S/X only question, since the EU Model 3/Y have a native CCS port.)
CHAdeMO is direct fitment to your car so it does not need any additional adapter, but I’m not sure if the programming on the car will change the current settings and you can’t use it anymore. Would be stupid though...
Today I finally had the opportunity to test a new V3 SuperCharger (250kW) with my CCS II Combo retrofit.
External temp was 7°Celsius, by I got there with a good internal battery temp.
I started from 7% state of charge and terminated my session at 47%. It took 21 minutes, and I charged 36 kWh (this implies a 10% battery degradation, not happy!)
Peak charging power was 129 kW (for just a split second).
Here you can see a graph of my charging session:
