CCS upgrade on Model S (2017) -- but failed charging at newer supercharging

I very recently paid the £280 for the CCS upgrade -- but on my first attempt to use it at a newer supercharging station (Leicester) today I didn't succeed in getting a charge. The message on the screen was "starting to charge" -- but the Kw figure never left zero, and the message then went to "charging stopped".

Is there anything I need to do to get this working? I expected plug 'n' play...

It's possibly not been installed correctly. Try at another SuC and if it does the same log it as a service request.

I would agree with Tony and also suspect something hasn't been enabled properly. Likely that the response to a service request will be to update/enable remotely, so should be fixed pretty easily.

Lots of people have had the same issue, Tesla either forget to do the last step downloading tbt software or it fails. It should be fixable with a phone a call.

Sounds silly but did you do the software update too?
