To see the adapter order, you need to change the language on the Tesla site to Korean. Then when you go in your account section and order history, you'll see if they placed the adapter order.
Exactly, I had a feeling it wasn't but the pictures show otherwise. I also didn't know that tesplus and hanshow were the same which explains why the pics were the same.
I went ahead and cancelled the tesplus one, received confirmation of my refund and ordered the a2z one.
How did you cancel your tesplus order? I emailed them a few days ago and they haven't responded to me yet
i emailed like 3 different emails and facebook message and they responded on both. they asked why, and that was that, order cancelled and refunded. I paid with paypal
You can still place a custom order via the customer order panel. It’s a bit dicey because they want your tesla account credentials to place the order. I think it’s either for verifying you own a Tesla (checking for VIN) and aren’t misusing it for resale or to physically use your account to order it as they may not be able to anymore.
A lot of people have done it through this method. Apparently this is how they did it before Harumio. stocked up on the adapters and started selling it them themselves.
I just use a password mgr, so I reset the pw, removed payment details and turned off mobile access on my car. Once they have the adapter in their facility you can change the pw and lock them out. It is a large amount of trust you’re placing on them, but lots of owners have used this method. I know the risks just making it clear that you DO have to give them your credentials so do at your own risk.
The last post on this thread has feedback from others who’ve used this method. There’s two links with a lot of owners having done it.
Harumio requesting Tesla user name and password account
I ordered a CCS 1 adapter from Harumio about a month ago but the order was canceled when they ran out of stock. I recently inquired about when they would have stock again for purchasing. They responded that the CCS1 adapter could be purchased now through a custom order process. However they are...teslamotorsclub.com

looks like that run ended - and tesla now requires an account to place it

No. Tesla won't accept non-Korean credit cards or deliver to a non-Korean address. They have also tried to block package forwarding services.

About a week ago, they told me they’d be on holidays from Monday to Wednesday. Looks like they finally got around to fulfilling my order. Guessing they have a bunch to catch up on.

Yeah, I missed the train by a few days... Apparently they're now checking the VIN of the vehicle to make sure the vehicle is from SK, so there's probably no way to get an official CCS1 adapter anymore
