Center Console retrofit - S and X same parts?

I am looking to retrofit my 2015 Model S P90D center console, I want to go to the one with rear USB and rear cup holders.

I have seen a few threads on this but It's not clear if the Model X and S parts are exactly the same for this upgrade.

I want to update the entire center and have found a few complete Model X ones.

I have the same car and same question. Mine has the Taptes console that I’d like to sell and install the factory one. Selection is much better if the Model X parts are the same.
