Center Console Trim Bubbling

Hi all. I'm about 4500 miles in on my 2021 M3 LR and I've just noticed some bubbling starting on the push handle for the center console sliding door. Has anyone else seen this? Anyone submitted a service request about it?

Apologies for the image quality but it turns out it's somewhat difficult to get a great picture of this spot.

That actually looks like a protective film is on there that hasnt been peeled off. Have you tried gently lifting it and seeing if its a clear plastic protective film (thats ment to be removed)?

This should be replaced under warranty. It's a defective trim piece. Something similar happened to me on a different car so it's not limited to Tesla. The "aluminum look" trim in many cars today is just plastic wrapped in this "foil" for lack of a better term.

So what happened? Mine is doing same. Did you get it fixed under warranty?
