Change Distance of Walkaway Lock

Is there a way to change the distance at which the walkaway lock is activated? It seems like sometimes the car locks when I'm only a few feet away. The other times, it locks after I've walked about 30 feet away. Is there a way for me to control this distance?

I've read on here, and I'd say it's correct, that the car locks sooner when you walk away from the front. Slower when you walk away from the rear or sides.

I always listen for the honk and/or look back to see if the mirrors folded in. I think the honk to indicate locking could be a bit louder.

Do you have to do something special to enable the honk? All I see is the parking lights flash and the mirrors fold-in. I would much prefer to hear a honk.

Yes, I think its 'Lock confirmation sound' under options / locks. Mine is in French so wording could be different.

It's the distance but seems variable.
