Change log for Model S?

I'm trying to find a list of changes and when they happened. I seem to remember reading a thread a few years ago listing changes and the dates they happened ??? but I can't find it now. I read through the thread "How has the Model S changed since the debut?" and there were some links, but all the links led back to the general Model S forum page:

I'm asking because I have a P85 from July, 2014 (pre-Autopilot) and I'm thinking of a new Model S.
