Does anyone know how to request a change in vehicle configuration after purchase?
I've purchased a used Model S and the original owner did not opt for Passive Entry and Driver Profiles. I know the car is hardwired for both and just needs a change in vehicle configuration which I'm happy to pay for. The SC refused to make the change and didn't give a reason. Any suggestions on who to contact at Tesla to get this change approved?
