changed front louvers, now AC does not work - 2013 Model S P85

Hey guys, I replaced the microswitches in my passenger door handle, then replaced my front louvers today. Nothing was damaged but the car doesn't want to start the AC. I made sure to install the louvers in the closed flap state on both sides. I could hear them slightly move when plugging them in.

Maybe the louvers were from a newer car and need some Tesla toolbox love?

Pulled thermal controller fuse, reinserted and now AC works again. Louvre flaps open and close now. Still some errors remain for thermal controller.

Maybe they’ll clear when you get new software?

Still get them daily. Sometimes the louvres open and close for fun...
