Why can't you summon or lane change w/AP1?

You can, but if you buy a new model today, you must buy the FSD package for 7k to get basic summon and lane changes with AP3. That was a typo on my part.

I see. I thought maybe you were under the assumption that you couldn't do lane change or summon w/AP1. I thought I was going to make your day by saying that both of those features are part of the AP1 suite.
