Charge adapter [what adapters are included with the car in the UK]

Hi all, great site, really helpful,

I took delivery of my 2021 Model 3 this week. There was no charge adapter in the Frunk which I thought came with the vehicle, just the normal charge lead and a blue lead for public chargers.

Do I need an adapter as well? should it have been included?

The mobile charge cord kit should come with a 120V plug pigtail/adapter. You will have to buy a pigtail/adapter for any other outlets (e.g., 240V 30A (10-30) or 50A (10-50)).

It also comes with a J1772 to Tesla adapter, which you use with a public non-Tesla charging station.

Ok many thanks for getting back to me, I thought I was missing a small black adapter but someone else just advised me that the new model 3 doesn't need that as they have changed the charging port to take some other charger types

Yes, the wording sounded like somewhere in Europe to me too, in which case the responses about 120V plug and J1772 adapters would not be correct.
