Charge Current dropped from 32A to 23. Should I be worried?

The car and the charger has to be able to talk to each other first. If the car can't tell the charger "hey, I can take up to 250KW with this charger curve", then the charge doesn't happen. That's why third party chargers are such hit or miss. Anything wrong with either side will cause the charging to stop or not even start at all.
This just isn’t how it works.

Your car doesn’t send a graph with a requested taper to the charger or anything even remotely that fancy.

Car says “this is who I am, I’d like to charge.”

Station says “ok” or “no”.

Car starts charging session and controls power/current for the entire session.

If car requests more power than charger can provide, it gets whatever the charger provides.

That’s really all there is to it.
