Charge Limit will not stay at 90%

Model 3, 2020, Std Range. My friends new Tesla will not stay at 90% She set the limit to 90% and it drops back to 80%. It was set at 80% when she picked up the car.

Does she use any additional applications? I believe there are mobile tesla apps (apart from the official one) that can autoset charge levels and such.

Some heavy-usage Superchargers change the limit to 80%, but that doesn't sound like the explanation, though you didn't exclude it.

maybe look at the profiles? ive never noticed, but can you set different charge points to be saved per profile (e.g. easy mode can be set to some number then when you get into your personal profile you can save another)?
